Our after-school program offers strings students the opportunity to learn from advanced high school mentors through individual and small group instruction.
In a supportive and inclusive environment, students build musical skills, confidence, and community, through mentorship and hands-on learning.

More About the Program

Each student will receive individualized instruction to hone their technical skills. Because string instruments often require a lot of coordination for students to feel successful, individualized instruction offers quick and direct feedback that is often not possible in a large group setting.

In larger groups, students work together to learn about musical concepts and strings technique.

At the end of each session students display their learning at a final showcase.
